The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and passionate about the arts.

Based in New York City, we work with an incredible roster of artists, ensembles, and organizations, handling everything from publicity and branding to social media, websites, and digital marketing. DUTIES
- Schedule, create, post, and monitor content for clients' social media platforms
- Coordinate social media events, including takeovers, live-streams, and interactive campaigns
- Maintain and update client websites with fresh content and relevant materials
- Design compelling press releases and media materials
- Maintain internal planning systems and digital asset libraries for seamless team collaboration
- Regularly update and maintain our media contact database
- Monitor media coverage, clip placements, and compile comprehensive coverage reports
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in organizing and executing press events, concerts, and promotional activities as needed
- Create basic graphics and video content for social media and promotional use.
- Conduct media research, monitor industry trends, and provide insights on public opinion.
- Stay informed on industry news and social media trends, analyzing their impact on clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing, public relations or operations role
- Degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the classical music and opera industry is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of website management and basic web design
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools
